Bento # 411 & # 412 - It's a "Moooo-day"

Happy Monday everyone! Yesterday was our 12th wedding anniversary but we did not have any celebration as Zo had to stay back after church for dance practice. So hubby, baby Jo and myself just went for a simple lunch at the mall and we had dinner at home at night as mil cooks. No fancy meal as she doesn’t even knows/remember it was our wedding anniversary. LOL! But it was a pleasant day eventhough we did not had any big celebration. It’s spending it together with family that made the day special, especially for our family due to hubby’s crazy travelling schedules. Don’t you agree with me?

Ok, back to bento-ing…. Today is our “youngest sister” of the dept birthday so I was requested to make her a moo-moo bento as she was born in the year of the cow – my MOST FAV (obviously and some of you whom knew me personally knew the reason. Haha). I saw these dorayaki at the supermarket yesterday and thought it would be great to make them into cows and they do look good. Kinda like them myself too. Hehe.

Bento # 408, 409 & 410 - Be my sweet Valentines

Love is in the air…. Or not? LOL! Today is no special day for a “weekday single mum” like me. Hubby is away (as expected) and hectic life still has to go on. The only difference this year is that I’m not going to spend my Valentine’s night alone but with 6 others of my course mates and our Korean lecturer (tho I’m not so sure if I would ended up be the only attendee of tonite class or maybe the lecturer himself would go MIA… hhmmm)

By the time I reach home tonight, it would be almost the girls’ bedtime. To make it up, I had specially made these “Valentine’s bentos” for them. Yea, even for Baby Jo. =)

M&M couple Valentine’s bento. Simple butter & sugar sammies with blueberry bouquets, a heart strawberry & some plum wedges decorated with M&M deco rings. Just lurvvvsss these cool deco rings. They made life so much easier for lazy busy mum like me! LOL!

And this was actually Mon’s bento which I did not post up. Dear Daniel took Hello Kitty for a beach vacation for Valentines hence causing HK to have a “sunburnt”. LOL!
