Just realized that I had still not posted up today’s post as was tied up with work this morning. As usual whenever hubby needs to leave early for his trip, I’ll pack him an on-the-road bento to take along. So it’s logical (and practical) for me to pack both him & Zo sammies without charaben.
Today’s simple and speedy rib eye ham in potato bun. I just decorated the cherry, seedless grapes, cherry tomatoes and plum wedges with some cute picks and it still looks great (besides nutritious) even without any “intricate” work. So who said you need to spend a lot of time packing a good bento? Eerrmmm… did I said that myself? Heheeheee…. Anyway, I’ll be getting a “day-off” from bentoing tomorrow as it’s a public holiday. Eventhough my co doesn’t recognise it (Yes, I’ll be WORKING!) but at least I can sleep in a bit longer and does not need to worry about the crazy traffic since it’s a school holiday.
